Oran is new to insurance sales, having recently obtained his Texas Life, Accident, Health, and HMO license, but not new to the world of Healthcare. With over 45 years in Healthcare Administration in the Tyler area, with both Christus Trinity Mother Frances and U. T. Health Center, he has observed the vital role insurance plays in the financial wellbeing of patients served by both Health Systems. Also, as a beneficiary of the Medicare program, he has firsthand experience in evaluating the best options of Medicare Supplements, Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, and Medicare Advantage Products for himself and his wife.

Oran is a lifelong resident of the Tyler and East Texas area with a commitment to giving back to the communities, as evident by his current teaching role at Tyler Junior College and service on the Hospice of East Texas Board.

Oran is a member of Marvin Methodist Church and has four children and eight grand children.
